CareMetx is a healthcare technology company that provides patient access solutions and support services. While the tech may be complex, the goal is simple: to provide an accelerated, smoother experience for patients and the providers who administer this care. With a focus on the patient experience, we highlighted pain points in treatment access, including the mental load and time spent. The sticky notes represent a creative visualization of how someone may traditionally remind themselves of important tasks prior to using this software for care. The in-home waiting room creates a portrait of the physical and mental demand of waiting for treatment.
